The Ministry and Communications Coordinator role serves two primary purposes:

- Facilitating ministry growth within the church by establishing accessible pathways, particularly for new volunteers, to align with TUC culture and fulfil mandatory training requirements for safe ministry and service. This includes capacity building and providing support for volunteers.
- Developing, implementing, and enhancing strategies to improve TUC’s communication with the congregation and connect with the local community.

This position entails a commitment of 24 hours per week with Toowong Uniting Church.
