**Casual Cleaner (Opportunity for Full-Time)**

**Position**: Casual, with potential to become Full-Time after 3-Month Trial
**Start Date**: Immediate

Are you an energetic and reliable cleaner looking for flexible work with the potential for permanent, full-time hours? We are seeking a **Casual Cleaner** to join our team in Melbourne, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role after a 3-month trial period.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Waste removal and disposal
- Reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues
- Following health and safety guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid **driver’s license** and own **car** (essential for travel between locations)
- Valid **Police Check**:

- Valid **Working with Children Check**:

- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Availability to be **flexible** with working hours, including weekends or evenings as required
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
