About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Casual Cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning commercial or residential properties across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. All cleaning equipment and chemicals will be supplied by the employer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising surfaces, and bathroom cleaning.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within the allocated time frame.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
  • Report any issues, damages, or additional cleaning needs promptly.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals appropriately.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors as required.

Requirements:

  • Must have own reliable transport to travel between job sites.
  • Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
  • Well-presented and tidy appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic with attention to detail.
  • Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
