We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Repair Shop located in Zetland, Sydney, NSW. It's a full-time permanent position with a preferred start of late August / early September

In the position of Assistant Store Manager, you will be part of the Retail team with several touchpoints in the organisation. You will work in close collaboration with our Repair Shops, the Store Manager, and National Retail Manager.

You are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of running a store and especially taking responsibility for its profitability and team leadership. The goal is to drive business results through continuous development of the store team and lead the team to deliver the best Nudie Jeans customer experience.

**Main responsibilities, but not limited to**:

- Set an example for great store management and customer service by leading the way.
- Make sure the repair shop lives up to Nudie Jean's standards regarding customer service and brand experience.
- Responsible for the sales and KPI´s performance of the store.
- Work closely with Store Manager to maximise sales and profit, and reach key targets.
- Motivating and coaching staff members.
- Maintain our repair service in-store.
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are met.
- Responsible for the work environment, both physical and psychological.
- Maintenance of stock together with the sales coordinator.

**In order to fulfil the role, you are required to**:

- Have at least 2 years of retail experience in a leadership position.
- Previous experience in working with, and continuously analysing, Profit and Loss reports in order to drive profitability.
- Good software systems knowledge. We tend to favour Microsoft Office, Asana and Sitoo POS programs
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
