About the role
You will work across multiple projects within Student Equity and Inclusion contributing to the advancement of equity, accessibility, inclusion and equality to support a high quality, inclusive student experience while using expert technical knowledge.
You will:
- manage the implementation, progression, and reporting on key specialised projects;- identify and manage risks and issues, providing recommended best practice solutions;- develop implement, and monitor end-to-end implementation plans and timelines for delivery of proposed outcomes; and- draft proposals and policy recommendations, develop communications including briefing papers, student and staff updates, and presentations for a range of audiences.
About you
Reporting to the Manager, Student Equity and Inclusion, you have previous project management experience combined with highly developed analytical, evaluation and research skills in equity and diversity with the ability to deliver positive and innovative solutions.
You will possess:
- demonstrated relationship management and consulting skills, including the ability to interact, influence and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders;- organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and work with competing priorities and deadlines;- thorough understanding of Equity and Diversity legislative compliance;- demonstrated communication proficiency including interpersonal skills, report writing and presentation skills.
