You will provide specialised administrative and stakeholder communications support and play a key role to the successful outcome of projects by meeting contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations.You will:* manage the implementation, progression and reporting on key projects;* coordinate reporting, payment, acquittal and evaluation process;* engage and maintain communications with internal and external project stakeholders; and* develop templates and establish standard mechanisms for the regular collection of data.**About you**You will have demonstrated experience in providing high level project support functions including the ability to coordinate end-to-end projects, conduct research, prepare documents, briefings, submissions, reports and correspondence.You will possess demonstrated:* ability to work within a project management framework and familiarity with a range of project management tools, procedures, documents and reporting processes;* analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to use initiative and develop solutions to challenges and issues; and* interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work positively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
