**Your Role on Our Crew**:

- Load & Launch: Safely load and unload merchandise, ensuring secure transport.
- Precision Packing: Pack products with attention to detail, adhering to order specifications and safeguarding against damage.
- Inventory Integrity: Conduct regular stock checks, keep our space organized, and manage the correct placement of products.
- Safety Stewardship: Follow all safety protocols diligently and report any concerns to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Expertise: Operate warehouse machinery competently and responsibly.
- Team Synergy: Work collaboratively to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of all shipments.
- Capable of physical demands, including lifting items up to 15kg.
- Warehouse experience is valued but not a prerequisite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Committed to accuracy and detail-oriented.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.

**Schedule**:
8-hour shifts, with overtime and performance bonuses available.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Driver’s Licence (Preferred but not essential)
- Eligibility to work in Australia (required)

Work Location: Onsite, contributing to the team in a hands-on environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
