Party Decorator

Feel Good Events is a party decorating and styling company based in Ferntree Gully. We specialize in creating fun and exciting party themes for our clients private parties and corporate events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with our event planners to understand our clients vision and requirements for their event.
- Help develop unique and creative event concepts, themes, and styles.
- Help set up and install event décor, including floral arrangements, lighting, table settings, props, and other decorations at our clients venues and homes
- Help prepare equipment, and decorations as needed for clients events.

**Qualifications**:

- Some experience in event décor and design, prop making, table styling, and more an advantage.
- **Some experience in making floral centrepieces and displays out of artificial flowers preferred.**:

- Strong creative and conceptual skills, with the ability to come up with unique and innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as needed

This position is based at our office/ warehouse in Ferntree gully.

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.44 per hour
