**About the Role**
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated **Reception & Customer Service Apprentice** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop valuable skills in customer service and clinic support.

**What You’ll Do**
- Warmly welcome clients and check them in
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information
- Schedule appointments and process payments
- Assist with setting up massage rooms and keeping the clinic tidy
- Support therapists with laundry and room preparation
- Introduce clients to our services and products, including upselling when appropriate
- Handle customer feedback and direct concerns to management
- Provide general administrative and service support as required

- Strong communication and people skills
- Quick learner who enjoys working in a team
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable
- Interest in holistic health and wellness (a bonus)

**Pay & Schedule**
- **Casual Apprenticeship**:

- Weekdays: $22.52/hour
- Weekends: $33.58/hour
- Availability: Wednesday - Sunday (in person at our West End clinic)
