From humble beginnings with a small Brisbane team in 2003, Optimum has grown to a team of over 30 staff across 4 locations. Our purpose is to help our clients achieve their goals through their people.

**Two Opportunities**
- Our Engineering recruitment team is on fire We have an amazing client portfolio and a healthy number of job vacancies to fill. If you are interested in infrastructure projects and Australia’s energy future, this is the job for you. We’ll teach you to recruit Engineers of all flavours (electrical, mechanical, structural etc) and associated roles.
- If you are more interested in IT, we also have an opportunity in our IT & Digital recruitment team. We’ll teach you to recruit Software Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, System Administrators etc.

**What you'll do**

Each day will vary, but here is a snapshot of some key activities:

- Interviewing - conducting in person and online interviews.
- Assignment Delivery - Running recruitment assignments from end to end.

**What you'll bring**

We will teach you all you need to know about recruitment consulting. You will work with some of the best Consultants in the industry and be given the opportunity learn from our high performing team. You’ll bring your energy, curious mind, generous nature, and competitive spirit. Previous customer service experience will be highly regarded.
