**In return of all your hard work we offer a Trainee Recruitment Consultant the following;**:

- A starting base salary of up to $55k ($60k-$80k for experienced Recruiters)
- A quick route to progress your base salary through performance linked reviews
- An uncapped commission scheme with bonuses in excess of $3,500 per month (our record to date is $15,000)
- A fully expensed iPhone & laptop
- Quarterly performance prizes to win

**Training we offer for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant;**:
The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is varied and demanding. From day one you will join our Training Academy for the duration of 4 weeks where you will receive industry leading training delivered by our experienced in-house Trainer & Training Manager.

Our Trainee Recruitment Consultants receive a tailored training programme, which starts the moment you walk through the door and flexes to suit your career aspirations. Our training is not just aimed at those new into the business but continues throughout all the stages of your career, including structured management training for those who aspire to being future leaders in the business.

**Key responsibilities for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant**:

- Using sales, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies.
- Developing a good understanding of client companies and their business is key in order to build better, stronger relationships with client companies.
