The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Allocator to join the Merchandise Planning team at Mimco Reporting to the Merchandise Planner, you will be responsible for the allocation of stock and driving sales through the correct distribution of inventory for jewellery. This role is directly accountable for managing the allocation of stock and the data integrity of all retail and planning tools and reports.

**This opportunity is an 18 month fixed term contract**

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the allocation of product to ensure it is delivered to the right store at the right time
- Manage the order, allocation and distribution systems ensuring that data is correct and up to date
- Ensuring correct stock levels in stores
- Analysis and reporting on sales and trading performance
- Stock Consolidations
- Communicating with Production teams on retail pricing and delivery updates
- Liaising with stores in respect to stock queries
- Administrative duties
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Fashion, Business or Commerce would be highly regarded
- Intermediate/Advanced excel skills
- Previous experience working in a retail environment is advantageous
- Strong data entry capability and excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A positive, can-do attitude
