Pyng is a payment solutions provider headquartered in North Sydney, NSW, with a mission to improve payment experiences by eliminating surcharge fees. Our zero surcharge promise aims to make payments faster, safer, and more cost-effective for both consumers and businesses. We enable instant payments directly to bank accounts without hidden fees, delays, or risks of fraud, making payments affordable, seamless and secure.
**Role Description**
This is a full time role for an Customer Success Executive at Pyng. The Executive will be responsible for engaging with existing Pyng merchants, promoting Pyng's payment solutions, driving usage in-store, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is based in Sydney and will require travel on most days.
**Qualifications**
- Sales, Customer Success, and Communication skills
- Knowledge of payment technologies and solutions
- Experience in retail or customer success environments
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Bilingual preferred
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
**Education**:
- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
