- Exceptional leadership skills, with ability to develop and communicate portfolio objectives, inspire, and motivate team, maintain alignment with business strategy

**Requirement-**
- Elevate Cyber Security visibility with CISO & Business thru focused advisory services and differentiated solutions.
- Align with client’s security strategy, Digital Transformation and Operational Resilience uplift programs strategy. Thus, identify new opportunities and work with Sales leaders and other ecosystem to convert
- Be a single point of contact for operations and transformations while collaborate with Sales Leaders, Presales, other competencies and SBU
- Responsible for effective CSAT and NPS score
- Accountable to diversify security portfolio through additional or enhanced security services within customer organization
- Sustain & Grow Annuity Business - Increase wallet share/rate revision during renewals
- Demonstrate contextualized thought leadership and continuous improvements thru formal QBR/MBR
- Strong Cyber Security background with exposure in min 3 security domains (Network Sec, AppSec, DataSec, IDAM, GRC etc); Mix of cyber, technical delivery and business development; Understanding of current and emerging security technologies and threat vectors
- Able to provide consulting and delivery support to customers during cyber security transformations / implementation
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse, delivery management teams through transformation and change
- Identify security transformation opportunities and work with solutions and sales team
- Aligned with security partners for niche product/solution POC
- Strong influencing and negotiation experience and skills in an environment with high competition for resources
- Inspire and motivate team, maintain alignment with business strategy
- Demonstrate strong people management skills
- Make a referenceable client

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fixed term

**Salary**: $140,000.00 per year
