**About the role**
At Entain the customer is at the centre of what we do, the Fraud Reporting and Compliance team exists to ensure the company meets its external and internal reporting and compliance requirements as it relates to fraudulent accounts / transactions. It’s never been more important for the Company to meet its legal and compliance requirements to ensure we protect the company. In addition you will liaising with all forms of law enforcement and making sure the company meets its obligations to assist with their investigations.

**What you will do**
- Lodge Fraud
- related Suspicious Matter Reports and other reports with AUSTRAC as required.
- Liaise with and respond to requests from Police and Law Enforcement Departments.
- Identify suspicious internal/employee fraud.
- Identify manual ID verifications not complying with regulations.
- Ensure test accounts and staff betting accounts are set up and used correctly.
- Assist the Fraud Team with ad-hoc duties and reports as directed by the Fraud porting & Compliance Lead.
**Who we’re looking for**
- The ability to write complex and detailed reports with outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills - ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility for their duties.
- Previous experience in submitting SMRs and completing Police requests will be highly regarded.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment such as gambling or financial services.
- A willingness to learn, harnessed with a pro-active personality and a good work ethic.
- Be available to work a 5-day weekday roster, with flexibility to work weekends when required.
