We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organizations desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Splunk engineer would be responsible for enhancing the architecture, performance tuning and Operational support in prod and non-prod environments.
Perform trend analysis, build dashboards and make recommendations.
Perform basic and advanced scripting tasks with Splunk to automate repeatable process
Monitor, measure and maintain availability and health of our SPLUNK services and platform
Provides ongoing support for Splunk platforms as required e.g. problem and incident management and takes part in troubleshooting for service recovery
Well verse in Splunk dashboards and alerts creation
Actively participate in end to end system design and delivery

**IT Skills & Experience**:
Strong understanding of SPLUNK development technologies, practices and patterns
Well verse in Splunk dashboards and alerts creation
Strong hands-on experience on ITSI and Splunk data ingestion patterns using DBX JMS-MQ, UF, files, HEC, etc

**Experience in a similar role**:
6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
