We are currently searching for an experienced HR Advisor for a temporary 8 week position to work for our client who are a Facilities Management company located in Balcatta.
- Temp 8 week position
- 38 hours per week
- Located in Balcatta
- $60 - $70 per hour (Dependent on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day to day generalist HR advice/support to all employees
- Provide support, coaching and guidance to Managers involving issues of performance
- Creation of HR documents
- Support Management through HR activities
- Develop and facilitate internal workshops/seminars
- Collect and accurately record HR data
- Assist in the development and negotiation of industrial instruments/agreements
- Assisting with HR contributions to tender submissions
- Manage the companies mobilisations, demobilisations and redundancies as applicable

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Minimum of 2 years working in a HR Generalist role
- Good knowledge of HR practices and legislations
- Good Stakeholder relationship skills
- Experience within the mining, energy and resources sectors is desirable
- Experience managing Unions is desirable
- Strong influence and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
