manager job is to maintain the appearance and relationship of the gym with both

customers inside the gym and with prospective clients through our marketing efforts.

We are looking for someone passionate about people, fitness and creating an

amazing customer experience while maintaining our gym standards and procedures.

- Taking initiative and responsibility for the gym and its members
- Promote the gym, and products being sold

Procedures include:
maintain relationships with previous, current, and future members.
- Putting away weights, general cleaning of the gym, and equipment.
- checking/cleaning/resupplying the toilets. twice daily.
- Display of promotions, items for sale (banner, t-shirts, supplements etc)
- Monthly stocktake on items.
- Daily finance reports, tracking memberships, tracking class attendance and

other gym metrics for analysing and development.
- Creating and delivering promotions
- Liasing with cleaners and other necessary contracting for repairs/maintenance

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $26.73 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Managment: 2 years (required)
