**About the role**:
- Manage 6 stores across VIC, SA & WA
- Managing the communication process of company strategy to all retail staff members. Ensuring company goals are translated to concrete POS actions and implemented in an engaging way.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service across all channels, including pre & after sales activities.
- Driving sales and KPI performance of the business by analysing data and providing clear communication on business objectives to the team.
- Collaborating with the wider team on actively shaping Store P&Ls.
- Building a strong team through recruitment, training and development, ensuring internal career progression opportunities.
- Work closely with the senior leadership teams globally to consistently drive positive change and set high standards of expectation in all areas at point of sales.
**About you**:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a Multi-Site manager role.
- Experience in Luxury or Premium is essential
- CRM / Clienteling experience is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and selling technique skills.
- Proven experience in driving sales and retail KPI's
- Competent computer skills with Microsoft & SAP & POS systems
- True people leader, with multi location experience
