**Responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for a range of administrative processes related to new client intake for NDIS, including processing service agreements, portal service bookings, confirmation of funding for all referrals, and gathering and processing all relevant intake documentation.
- You will be responsible for intake administrative processes for current NDIS clients, including confirming updated NDIS plan information and processing new NDIS service agreements.
- You will be pivotal in maintaining positive relationships with clients, staff, external providers and client referrers.
- Handle service enquiries and refer on to appropriate professional when required.
- The role will be well supported by the existing NDIS and Community coordinator, including a thorough induction and training.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with company policies and NDIS regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the NDIS sector
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel
- Passionate about providing a quality service to our customers and clients
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Warm and professional phone manner
- Positive disposition, empathy and patient manner
- Team orientated
- Ability to prioritise with strong time management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A commitment to upholding the values and mission of Aussie Life Care Australia.
**Other requirements include**:
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain - mandatory
- Working Rights in Australia for Full Time Employment
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Valid Working with Children’s Check Clearance - mandatory
- Full COVID-19 vaccination
- Successful pre-employment police check

- Monday to Friday

- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business Development: 1 year (required)
