**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Supervising the day-to-day production operations and making decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
- Managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals
- Bringing a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others
- Carry out day to day operation and maintenance of various vehicles, plant, and equipment
- Perform general labour activities
