**State Operations Manager | Myhealth Medical Centres | NSW**
We're seeking a friendly & professional Operations Manager to help us drive operational improvements in the state, resolve key operational issues, and manage and support the set-up of new practices, acquisitions, and practice closures.

**About the Role**
The role of State Operations Manager will primarily be responsible for overseeing and driving operational improvements in the state, resolving key operational issues, and managing and supporting the set-up of new practices, acquisitions and practice closures. State Operations Managers also provide oversight of practice management processes, systems and standards across the state, and serve as an escalation point for conflict and issue management.

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within a primary care environment highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
