State Operations Manager

**The Role**
This role is a non-clinical position with a focus on overseeing the operations and day to day functions of our aged care services including both Homecare and Residential Aged Care Facilities.
- The role has a predominant account management persuasion and focus on maintaining strong customer relationships with stakeholders and generating both organic growth and new business. The Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining these key relationships, working towards revenue targets, undertaking service reviews and operationalising new services as required. We are continually working towards quality improvement and the Operations Manager will work with clinical team leaders, clients and clinicians to optimise service delivery across this business stream.**Highly desirable for the role**
- Experience within Homecare or/and Residential Aged Care.
- Experience within Human resources and people management
- Experience working with allied health professionals
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills in a fast-moving work environment
- WFH role and anyone form East Coast of Australia can apply. Preference is NSW; however, we are flexible.
