**The Role**

Based at Carole Park, we seek reliable Machine Operators/ Process Workers to assist our thriving battery-manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for assisting us to achieve our production targets and maintaining a high level of product quality. The workload is high-volume and fast-paced, and you will be working within a highly organised team.

Working in a lead-risk environment, it is vital you are compliant with all WH&S procedures and wear correct PPE. Regular blood tests will be required as part of this role and will be performed on site.

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience in a similar manufacturing / process worker role (desirable)
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude
- Good attention to detail and alertness
- Clean-shaven to wear respirator safely during shift
- Current Drivers Licence and own reliable transport

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
