- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not compulsary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
