Head of Identity and Access Management

The purpose of this role is to lead Latitude’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) capability - Internally. This will require building a small team of IAM engineers/analysts to develop the processes and technology to establish and maintain identity lifecycle/governance functions for staff across the enterprise.

You will also provide advice and guidance for other technology teams, business units and projects on the implementation of identity functions specific for a particular system or business area.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

- Lead and manage a team of IAM professionals, including hiring and training personnel, setting goals and objectives, and providing guidance and support to team members.
- Strategically lead and deliver a vision and strategy for IAM/PAM at Latitude across the span of Identity & Access Management functions and controls.
- Lead the framework for identifying and assessing IAM risks that may impact Latitude and also acts as an SME and thought leader amongst the organisational entities across the enterprise.
- Ensure stakeholders across the enterprise understand their identity & access management responsibilities effectively.
- Business ownership of identity infrastructure such as AD/Entra ID
- Assume ownership of IAM related enterprise standards
- Prepare Management and Board reporting/metrics.
- Present regular identity and access governance analysis and reports that detail compliance to the security framework and standards, incorporating policies, procedures, maturity models, plans, metrics, and scorecards for the program.
- Collaborate with our Global Cyber Security community, liaise effectively with IT and security operations teams and act as the Latitude representative for industry working groups that focus on identity and access management.
- Act as a single point of contact for project managers, sponsors, entities, internal and external teams and suppliers as required, to ensure that identity & access related matters are adequately addressed by the right SMEs.
- Support the CISO on budgeting and financial management related to Identity and Access Governance, including any productivity initiatives.

Experience & Knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes, demonstrating an appreciation of both IT and business strategy.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
- An ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision-making.
- An ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Self-starter, with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands. Outcome and customer focused with ability to problem solve.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical specification writing and documentation, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
- Deep experience in an identity governance or identity & access management role for a complex, matrixed organisation, or consulting to the financial services industry. Experience with IAM and PAM concepts, processes and systems.

This is a new role within Latitude. We’re looking for someone to join us to develop our centralised IAM capability. This will need someone with deep IAM experience to develop the team, processes and systems to manage identities across our organisation with the fundamental purpose to reduce risk.
