**The Role**

This position is responsible for the daily operations of digital Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across Ramsay Australia.

As an Identity and Access Management Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Ensuring the security, efficiency, and compliance of our access control systems
- Play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining operations processes to meet evolving business needs
- Work with internal and external teams to escalate or resolve IAM related system incidents
- Participate in an out of hours on call roster

This role will deliver within designs, controls and guidance provided by the IAM Engineering Team, Cybersecurity, the Head of Identity and Access Management and other IAM / Cybersecurity colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you will be a positive and professional person with a knowledge of current and emerging Identity and Access Management technologies. Your strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills allow you to work collaboratively within a diverse team and a variety of stakeholders.

**Your Essential Skills and Experience**
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles such as:

- Principle of Least Privilege
- Privileged Access Management
- Authentication
- Authorisation
- Access Control Lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience working with an IT Service Management framework and toolset to maintain digital Identity and Access Management services.
- Ability to implement and maintain ITIL best practices across the organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT service delivery standards

**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Systems or Computer Science
- Hands-on experience with cloud based IAM solutions such as Azure Active Directory, Okta, CyberArk
- Knowledge of Single-Sign-On (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
