We are currently seeking 2 Front Office staff for a Full Time & Part Time role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner as the face of Reception, guiding them through their treatment plans
- Answer incoming calls, scheduling & managing appointments using dental software (knowledge of D4W preferred but not essential)
- Verify patient insurance, update records & collect payments
- Manage patient workflow & treatment
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organised

**Requirements**:

- High school Certificate or equivalent required
- Experience in a dental setting ideal, however, not essential.
- Knowledge of dental software, D4W preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
