**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of International Sales to lead our regional sales strategy and drive growth in SE Asia and Australasia markets. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, as well as leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Developing and executing a comprehensive international sales strategy to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in key regional markets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

**Role Located: East Coast Australia - Sydney, NSW, Brisbane, QLD or Melbourne VIC**

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in sales team leadership in the Mining or Construction industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Industry sales would be highly regarded.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel both locally and internationally as needed.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
