As our clients Marketing Brand Manager, you'll be the top dog in championing regional brand health and executing short
- and long-term brand strategies. You'll be barking up the right tree by influencing the global brand team with your regional insights and adapting global brand communication strategies to fit our furry friends' needs.

Key Responsibilities: You'll be responsible for helping our clients brand grow and delivering regional brand plans while reporting on KPI's. You'll be the bark of the town by sharing regional insights with our global team, executing global consumer brand communications strategies, and championing brand guardianship at a regional level in all forms, including social media. Our client needs someone who's not afraid to get their paws dirty and collaborate with the global marketing team to develop insight-driven brand plans. You'll work closely with sales and retailers to develop customer JBP's that align with their growth expectations and budget. But that's not all, you'll also be responsible for guarding our brand at a regional level, and delivering trade and consumer brand activation (think doggy treats at trade shows) utilizing their global brand toolkits.

Key Attributes: As a tech-savvy pup, you'll need to be IT literate and highly organised to manage and prioritise workloads. You should have a keen understanding of brand development within the FMCG industry and the ability to analyse results to solve brand-related issues. You should also have a sharp attention to detail, the ability to communicate updates and issues effectively, and manage budgets proficiently.

As the day-to-day representative for brand in regional NPD/EPD stage gate project meetings, you'll be the pup to go to for brand and product innovation. You'll even manage the maintenance and update of our regional brand websites and work with our global team to ensure alignment with the brand.

Your tail will be wagging as you activate our brands online via social, PPC, display, and YouTube. You'll also manage paid and retail channels like a pro, making sure everything is delivered within budget. We want someone who's IT literate and can use PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams to communicate updates and issues.

If you have experience working with a brand team globally, a creative flair, and an understanding of SEO and E-commerce, that's a bonus But most importantly, we need someone who's committed to learning and developing in a marketing role, works well under pressure, and has excellent time management skills.
