Position: Wait Staff Hours: 3-5 nights a week, up to 20 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Guide customers through our menu, providing recommendations and assisting with any inquiries they may have.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure high-quality presentation.
- Engage with customers, building rapport, and creating a memorable dining experience.
- Upsell menu items, promoting specials, and suggesting additional offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of tables, chairs, and dining areas.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following established protocols.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
