A rare opportunity exists to work within the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria. The chambers consists of Judges, Judicial Registrars, associates, tipstaves and staff in the civil and criminal jurisdictions. This secretary role will support a variety of judicial officers of the Court of Appeal.
Duties include:
- transcription of legal and medical text (including live transcription)
- fast and accurate confidential typing
- accurately proof and edit judgments and legal papers
- accurately research information in proofing and editing documents
- undertake administrative tasks in support of chambers
This role will commence in late February.
