The role
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to win both local and national clients
- Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential new and existing clients
- Maintain and develop a well-connected network within the industry
- Win over clients and maintain relationships

The Person

Ideally, to be a success with us here you will have a proven track record in recruitment, however, this is not a must as long as you have a determination to succeed and a can do attittude.

You will display the following attributes:

- Excellent negotiating and influencing skills with demonstrated outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and able to articulate to a variety of stakeholders and clients.
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
