Our client a leading and growing Australian renewable Energy company, is We are looking for an exceptional Customer service person who can can hit the ground running using their previous phone based customer service and problem solving skills.

This fantastic and varied position is based in modern offices in Geelong with the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week. Working with the Credit team you will bring previous credit expereince OR a willingness to learn and develop new skills

The Job:

- Speaking to customers to discuss account queries, complaints handling; dispute resolution and prevention; hardship, concessions,
- Opening and credit checking accounts
- Using the billing system to manage the overall credit process end to end
- Attend to day to day customer enquiries and complaints pertaining to payment matters for business and residential customers
- Undertaking Credit collections services by conducting outbound calls and issuing correspondence as required.
- Ability to determine the viability of prospects ability to pay
- Working closely with team members across all areas of the business
- Manage accounts within the hardship policy in accordance to jurisdictional requirements
- Adhering to Legal & Regulatory and Compliance requirements at all times.

About you and your experience:

- Customer focused
- Excellent communications skills and phone manner
- Ability to resolve a range of customer & debt related issues
- Have collections experience or are interested in learning a new industry
- Demonstrated strong people/communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Highly developed presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter who can demonstrate high initiative, an ability to manage multiple tasks and manages their time effectively
- Ability to set priorities to manage workload effectively and autonomously.
- Ability to deal with conflict situations utilising sound negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,090.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus

- Collection management: 2 years (preferred)
- MS Office (Excel): 2 years (preferred)
