**Eyes on Buderim**, est. in 2013, is a small personalised optometry practice which aims to be a cut above the corporate branded eyecare providers by being more thorough and more personal.

We pride ourselves in using the latest technology, combined with our wealth of Optical experience, enabling us to prescribe the most suitable designer frame and lens options in order for you to leave with comfortable vision. We strongly believe in delivering high-quality vision care and by opening our own independent practice, we feel that we can now achieve this. Our practice manager, Kim, personally selects all the frames that are in our store, so we believe we have a unique and special offering

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role will allow you to work 5-4 days a week - giving you a great work-life balance. The successful person will be working within a team of professionals who are customer focused, efficient and effective. An understanding customer needs is paramount. The role will see you:

- Working with the team to provide personalised solutions for our customers
- Be willing to keep up to date with frame fashions and trends
- Work in a modern, progressive and fashionable environment
- Enjoy a diverse, autonomous role with direct customer contact
- Provide WOW experiences for customers throughout their journey in practice and beyond

**ABOUT YOU**

You will bring your face-to-face retail experience, excellent communication skills, customer service and team focus to our business.
- ** Must** have at least 12 months working with patients in a dispensing environment.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn and take on a new challenge
- Excellent communicator, to be able to assist patients and customers in a supportive, professional and friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
- Exceptional customer service
- Work accurately, diligently and efficiently under pressure
- Eager to learn and demonstrate enthusiasm for new challenges.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the importance of an unforgettable patient experience
- Attention to detail
- Respectful & empathetic
