The Company

The Role We are seeking a driven, solutions minded Hire Co-Ordinator to join a passionate team based out of our state-of-the-art facilities in Ravenhall, VIC. As part of the Hire Co-ordination team, you will be responsible for making sure each customer enquiry is followed through in line with our processes and that each stakeholder is given an exception level of service which will result in building long term relationships and ongoing revenue growth for the company. You are highly adaptable, extremely well organised and a collaborative thinker. Your customer-centric approach will be key to your success in this role, and see you thrive in this fast-paced environment.

**This role includes the following responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming hire requests and assist clients with their hire needs. This includes the completion of quotations and the associated follow up work as required adhering to the always close the loop mantra.
- Be responsible for the administrative tasks (e.g.: on/off/cross hires) relating to all hire related information to ensure everything is carried out in an efficient and effective manner, relative to the customer's requirements.
- Dealing with, maintaining, and developing existing and new customer and supplier relationships.
- Stay in proactive contact with key clients in relation to upcoming works and opportunities.
- Maximising the utilisation of equipment hire through effective decision making and branch sharing.
- Assist in the acquisition of transport using effective communication and business acumen.
- Attend Scheduled Team Meetings and other nominated meetings (eg: Team & Staff Meeting), to obtain information and maintain a high skill level of expertise across all procedures, products, and services
- Providing additional support to the sales & operations Team as needed

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 3+ years within an outbound and/or inbound customer service environment
- Experience working within a high-paced customer-centric team that is results driven - essential
- Exceptional computer skills as well as experience with Microsoft programs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills.
