**We now have an exclusive opportunity for an experienced Panel Shop Manager to join Preston Toyota dealership.**
In this position you will play a pivotal role in managing your team whilst overseeing all aspects of our
**Duties will include**:
- Overseeing the daily activities of the Panel Beaters and Spray Painters; ensuring the department meets its gross profit target while maintaining our Guest satisfaction, retention and professional image
- In conjunction with the Service Manager, ensure there are sufficient numbers of qualified service staff rostered on for all shifts and that the appropriate level of skill set is always present in the panel shop so as to meet varying Guest needs
- Ensure the overall standards of work carried out in the Panel shop is completed in accordance with dealership standards
- Supervise panel staff ensuring vehicle preparation is completed. In conjunction with the Service Manager review work practices & initiate process improvements to create effective & efficient operating procedures.
- Monitor invoicing; retail, warranty as well as ensuring all associated paperwork in area of accountability is accurate, auditable & fully complete in accordance with policies & procedures.
- In conjunction with the Service & National HSE & Facilities Manager, set & monitor operational and safety guidelines that ensure the mandatory compliance with all OH&S procedures & environmental legislation.
