With Bendigo Bank... and you.** **About the role** You will take a pragmatic and collaborative approach to how we deliver underpinned by agile and continuous improvement principles. In this role, you'll get to: - Work through initiatives to ensure completion and achieve successful outcomes. - Promote new ideas to ensure ongoing focus on continuous improvement and new technologies. - Understand the technical language to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. - Collaborate with squads across Practices to define, commit and achieve sprint goals in line with delivery timelines. - Assist and support change management activities, including collaboration with release teams to plan and deliver changes to production at scale. - Remove impediments to unblock the team through support, escalation and engagement with other Services, Practices or project teams. **What you'll bring to the role** To be successful in the role you will have: - Experience using Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions. Skills in training, mentoring, and supporting the team to - Agile values, principles and practices. - Experience determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items. - Jira and Confluence experience. - Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodology (incl. techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions). - Experience with SAAS products and vendor management would be beneficial. **So, why work with us?** - Want big impact that matters?
