**About the role**:
The position is primarily responsible for managing all aspects associated with running site-based auctions for Passenger and Commercial Vehicles (PCV). This position is required to achieve specific objectives and key performance indicators in relation to new business development, sales, and revenue targets. This position has a site-based focus to grow the simulcast and online auction sales channels.

**About you**:

- Experience in a similar role in a medium to large organisation or significant equivalent experience in a related industry.
- Exposure to working in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain effective communication and strong relationships.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and consultation skills with an ability to work collaboratively with all departments.
- Solid problem solving, conflict resolution and complaint handling skills
- Strong decision-making and time management skills.
- Ability to study, analyse and interpret complex activities and/or information to improve new practices or develop innovative approaches.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A strong understanding of the Auction/Remarketing operational experience.
