We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced and qualified Assembly Fitter to join our team in Artarmon, NSW on a casual basis.

The key responsibilities of this role will include: (but not limited to)
- Stripping, repairing and reporting on pumps at our Artarmon workshop.
- Maintaining and repairing all products in accordance with the Service Centre Quality Manual.
- Making recommendations for improvements to current products, services and procedures.
- Be fully and actively involved in implementing the Weir Production System at their Rebuild Centre
- Visiting mine sites during shutdown periods to provide additional support.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Cert III - Mechanical Engineering/Fitting & Turning
- Driver’s License
- Fork lift License (Desirable)
- At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
