Our club in Shellharbour is seeking a sensational, vibrant, driven Membership Consultant that can contribute their drive, passion and energy to help promote the growth of our club.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous Sales background
- A proven track record of sales targets being consistently met
- Self-motivated
- Outstanding customer service
- Exceptional communication skills
- On point time management skills
- Competitive nature with a proactive attitude and drive to succeed
- An awesome attitude
- Experience in a gym environment favourable but not essential

**Duties will include**:

- Meet and greet potential and existing members
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Lead Generation, lead generation, lead generation
- Developing relationships with local businesses
- Drive marketing and advertising campaigns
- Making outbound calls to new and prospective customers
- Providing a positive customer experience for existing and potential new members
- Work on weekends and after 5pm required

The successful applicant will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support. You will be rewarded with a base wage of $62K + generous commission + free gym membership. Your earnings are up to you
