**ABOUT THE ROLE**

At Syndeticom as a valued member of the team, you will receive excellent on the job training as well as working in a supportive environment.
- Throughout your 3 year apprenticeship, you will be studying a Certificate III in Telecommunications.

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Running cables
- Termination of cables
- Locate, identify and rectify telecommunications network faults
- Install, test and terminate optical fibre cable
- Install cable trays
- Conduit work
- Use of hand and power tools
- Customer service
- Programming
- Completing paperwork and records

**MUST HAVE**:

- Driver’s licence is not essential but desirable, to be able to travel from site to site when required
- Experience with using basic hand tools
- White card

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Have a passion for this trade and wants to be part of a growing business once completed apprenticeship
- Not afraid of physically demanding work
- Able to work at heights or in confined spaces when required
- Well presented
- Great work ethic
- Dedicated and wanting to learn
- Follows direction well
- Able to pass a Federal Police check before commencing.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia._
