We have multiple roles available for Recruitment Assistants in the Operational Recruitment team within our National Finance and Administration department (HR), based in Minchinbury. **This is a 24-month fixed term contract.**

The recruitment team is expanding to provide recruitment support services to both Store Operations and Logistics nationwide as part of the rollout of centralised recruitment. As we say, “at ALDI, our people are the key to our success” and you will play a pivotal role in this by assisting to recruiting the right talent into our business as part of this exciting rollout.

**Selection Criteria**
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and systems
- Strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities within a Retail, FMCG or Supply Chain environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance conflicting priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and comprehension skills
