Green Lease Manager

**What this opportunity involves**:
We're seeking a passionate Green Lease Manager to join our Sustainable Operations team at JLL. This role will foster collaboration between our government clients and landlords to achieve ambitious sustainability outcomes including 5.5-star NABERS Energy targets and Net Zero goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Serve as primary sustainability contact for multiple government entities
Establish green lease committees to progress sustainability initiatives
Develop site-specific Energy Management Plans for high-profile leased sites
Analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities
Benchmark client sites against industry standards
Chair tenant-landlord sustainability committee meetings
Complete NABERS ratings and BEECs

**Key Skills and Requirement**:
An Australian Citizen in order to comply with our Client’s requirement to obtain and gain AGSVA clearance
Relevant tertiary education and/or property sustainability experience
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and planning abilities
Self-motivation and deadline management skills
Passion for sustainability in the property industry
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consulting, technical delivery, or client relationship management
Knowledge of federal government sustainability policies
NABERS assessor qualifications
