**How will I help?**

**Key Accountabilities**
- The Operations Manager (Fraud & AML Investigations Support) will be responsible for people leadership of the Major Investigation admin & intelligence functions, who focus on the reporting and administrative tasks within Major Investigations for both Fraud and AML
- Responsible for optimising team performance through objective setting, monitoring performance, coaching and development to maximise their people growth and potential
- Be an escalation point for customer complaints
- Key stakeholder for project and change teams for any new projects that may impact Major Investigations
- Responsible for reviewing and contributing to all business reporting
- Ensuring processes are designed to deliver great customer outcomes
- Ensuring cases are managed in line with documented policies and procedures

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role you will need:

- Extensive Financial Crime knowledge including Fraud, Anti Money Laundering / Counter Terrorism Financing
- Strong knowledge in Active Operations Management tools and frameworks
- Ability to utilise business metrics to drive efficiency
- Experience and proven track record in driving continuous improvement
- Experience in operational reporting & insights
- Possess strong people management skills
- Strong experience with customer complaint handling and resolution
