**Your Impact**

**Asahi Beverages is on the hunt for multiple Category Planning & Execution Specialists** to support our multi-beverage portfolio.

Based in **Southbank**, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting category growth across key customers and channels.

These newly created roles form part of a **dedicated Commercial Planning team**, with each position focusing on different categories of our diverse portfolio.

You’ll collaborate across the entire business - including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain - with a strong focus on **NPD and execution tracking & delivery**.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**1. Strategic Planning**

Support the development and maintenance of the strategic and enterprise plan for key categories and channels.

Assist in planning and coordination of the annual strategic planning workshops.

**2. Commercial & Category Operations Support**

Assist in the financial build-up, NPD innovation planning and risk/opportunity management across categories.

Provide support in tracking performance vs budget for NPD, commercial activations and promotional programs.

**3. Category Growth & Activation**

Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for innovation, promotions and key campaigns.

Track and analyse NPD and promotional performance, making recommendations to amplify or adapt based on data.

**About You**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is commercially curious, analytical, and eager to grow their FMCG experience in a dynamic environment. Ideally you will also bring:

- Solid experience in Sales/Marketing (Commercial Function) across FMCG
- Proven experience building & fostering relationships with senior stakeholders both externally & internally
- Commercial acumen/previous experience in account management would be beneficial
- Experience utilising shopper analytics to create actionable plans
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
