With a strong pipeline of forward projects and strong footprint in the medium density development space this is an organisation that has a fantastic long-term outlook. **Your new role** An opportunity has opened up for an experienced drafting professional to join the team in a key leadership role as Drafting Team Leader. This critical role will see the successful applicant being responsible for the following duties - Overseeing the "day to day" management of a team of 5 drafters (mix of internal and external resources) - Overseeing the teams' performance in line with delivering projects in timeframes and accuracy levels - Working with team to create templates for masters and ensuring drawings and specs are regularly updated in central libraries - Oversee and manage workflow allocations - Develop and upskill teams technically where required **What you'll need to succeed** In order to be considered for this opportunity it will be expected you possess the following skills and experience - Previous people leadership role in a major builder environment is advantageous - Strong technical drafting background - Advanced ArchiCAD skills - Excellent knowledge of Building codes / Rescode - small lot housing experience ideal - Be able to create and lead high-performance teams with regard to productivity and culture **What you'll get in return** Because of your experience and commitment to the role, you will not only receive a salary which is commensurate with a leadership role, but also join the organisation in a key role which ensures you have an immediate impact on the companies performance and delivery. **What you need to do now** If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career. 2851841
