**The Role**
The purpose of this role is to manage the replenishment function for the key National Seafood account. This specifically includes optimizing stock management and ensuring efficient supply to DC’s and DSD. Working within the Seafood team, the role will work closely with production sites, suppliers, and third-party distribution carriers. Management of replenishment systems, and the analysis of specific requirements at each production site. It will oversee forecasts, monitor excess stock, and continue to drive and develop replenishment processes to improve business efficiencies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Help develop and maintain all replenishment KPI, processes and requirements.
- Building demand and supply forecasts through the facilitation of alignment between Buying Teams, Sales Forecasting and Suppliers. Management of promotion, seasonal and major event planning
- Ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed of Supply Chain changes that may influence service, inventory, and stores, buying or suppliers.
- Collaborate cross functionally with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Manage replenishment from local and international sources.
- Facilitate the alignment of demand and supply plans.
- Manage and investigate supply/stock issues for fast resolution.
- Review data and forecasting to effectively order stock.
- Maintain, build, and develop relationships with stakeholders.
- Facilitation of business planning sessions
- Monitor supplier performance.
- Monitor orders and stocks, communicate issues to National Account Manager.
- Liaise with processing sites, as well as external parties (suppliers, transport companies)
- Track and report on key service metrics (DIFOT, Case fill, OBSL)
**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a replenishment/inventory role
- Understanding of warehouse functions
- Organisational and time management skills
- Analytical skills
- Excellent Microsoft excel skill, including pivot tables
- Excellent computer skills - outlook, word, power point
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- MFG Pro experience would be beneficial but not essential
- The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise
