**What We’re Looking For**:
If you have **experience in mental health**, hold a **Certificate IV in Mental Health**, or have **mental health first aid certification**, that’s a bonus Experience with forensic orders? Double bonus

**Our ideal Disability Support Workers have**:

- Experience in mental health and/or disability support.
- A values-driven, person-centered approach to support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing active, person-centered support.
- The necessary compliance checks and a commitment to maintaining them, including Working Rights, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, and working rights.
