To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Commissioning Start-Up (CSU) Supervisor, to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

**The Role**

**Reporting to the Off-Plot CSU Lead**, the purpose of the CSU Supervisor is to supervise Arrow’s field-based Off-plot Commissioning and Startup (CSU) team.

Working closely with both Project and Operations personnel, the position is crucial to Arrow’s ability to safely commission new wellfield assets.

This is a Dalby based position on a 15 / 13 rotational roster.

**In addition you will**:

- Principal point of contact for Arrow’s site-based Off-Plot CSU team.
- Oversee all Off-Plot commissioning, start-up and performance testing activities ensuring they are completed in accordance with Arrow’s approved policies and procedures, Health Safety and Environment (HS&E) requirements; and Project to Asset (P2A) handover requirements.
- Engage with all stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure the timely and efficient execution of all Off-Plot commissioning, start-up and performance testing activities.
- Be comfortable providing verbal and written updates to key stakeholders e.g. Ops Superintendents, Project Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, Project Planners etc.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.

**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Extensive experience commissioning industrial projects.
- An electrical license with Cert III (or greater) in instrumentation.
- Experience operating (or maintaining) industrial processing plants and / or gas fields.
- Experience working in a rostered / B2B working environment.
- Experience interpreting and using project schedules.
- Experience supervising geographically spread work crews.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
